Getting Started
Is Fluenza really free to start?+

Yes! Creating an account is completely free and takes less than a minute. We also offer free courses you can start right away with no credit card required. Paid courses are available at very affordable prices whenever you are ready to go further.

How do I create an account?+

Click the Create Free Account button on the homepage or any course page. You can register with your email or sign in quickly with your Google account. Once registered, you get instant access to your dashboard and free courses.

Do I need any prior language knowledge to start?+

Not at all. Our courses are designed from the ground up for complete beginners. We start with the very basics, including greetings, the alphabet, and pronunciation, before building up step by step. You need no prior knowledge to get started.

What languages can I learn on Fluenza?+

We currently offer Arabic courses at beginner and introductory levels. More languages are actively being developed and will be added to the platform. Create a free account to get notified as soon as new courses launch.

Can I use the site in my own language?+

Absolutely. Fluenza supports 50+ languages through a built-in translator. Use the language selector in the bottom-right corner of any page to switch the entire site into your preferred language, including Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, French, and many more.

How are the courses structured?+

Each course is divided into lessons that build on each other, starting from the very basics like greetings and the alphabet, then progressing step by step toward real conversation. You go entirely at your own pace, with no deadlines or expiry pressure.

Lessons include a mix of video explanations, audio practice, written exercises, and quizzes to reinforce what you have learned.

How long does it take to complete a course?+

It depends entirely on your pace. Since all courses are self-paced, there is no time limit. Each lesson is short and focused so you can make progress with just 15 to 20 minutes a day. Most beginners complete an introductory course within a few weeks of regular practice.

Will the courses guarantee I become fluent?+

Our courses give you a strong foundation, structured instruction, and real practice materials. However, language fluency depends on personal factors including how often you practice and how much you engage outside the platform.

We do not guarantee fluency, examination results, or specific learning outcomes. What we do guarantee is high-quality instruction designed to give you the best possible start.

Can I track my progress?+

Yes. Your personal dashboard shows your progress across every enrolled course and every lesson. You can see exactly where you left off and how far you have come at a glance.

Are new courses added regularly?+

Yes, new courses are regularly developed and added to the platform. We currently focus on Arabic but are expanding to other languages. Register for a free account to receive notifications when new content is available.

Payments & Pricing
What currencies does Fluenza accept?+

We currently accept payments in INR (Indian Rupees), USD (US Dollars), and AED (UAE Dirhams). The applicable currency is clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. You can also use the currency switcher on the site to view prices in your preferred currency.

What payment methods are accepted?+

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • UPI and net banking (for Indian users)
  • International cards for users in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other countries

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Is my payment information secure?+

Yes. Fluenza does not store your card details. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your financial information is encrypted and processed securely at all times.

What is your refund policy?+

All purchases are final. Fluenza operates a strict no-refund policy given the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted on payment. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incomplete course completion, technical issues on your device, or accidental purchases.

The only exception is if Fluenza is unable to provide access to a purchased course due to a fault on our end, in which case we will offer a course credit or resolution. For full details, please read our Terms and Conditions.

I paid but have not received course access. What do I do?+

Course access is granted automatically once your payment is confirmed. If you paid but cannot see the course in your dashboard, try the following:

  • Refresh your dashboard page and check again after a few minutes
  • Check your email for a payment confirmation from Razorpay
  • Make sure you are logged into the same account used at checkout

If the issue persists, contact us at fluenza.org with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.

Are there any hidden fees or subscriptions?+

No. Fluenza does not charge subscription fees or recurring payments. You pay once for a course and get access for 12 months from the date of purchase. There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus any applicable taxes.

Your Account
How do I reset my password?+

On the login page, click the “Lost your password?” link. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.

Can I access my courses on multiple devices?+

Yes. You can log in and access your courses on any device including desktop, tablet, and mobile. Your progress syncs automatically so you always pick up exactly where you left off, regardless of which device you use.

Can I share my account with someone else?+

No. Each account is for one individual user only. Sharing login credentials is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in your account being suspended. If someone else wants to learn, they can create their own free account.

How do I delete my account or request my data?+

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data or a copy of the data we hold about you. Please contact us through fluenza.org with your request. We aim to respond within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your course progress and certificates.

How long do I have access to a purchased course?+

Access to purchased courses is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a different period is stated on the individual course page. Free courses remain accessible as long as your account is active.

Technical
Can I learn on my phone?+

Yes. Fluenza is fully optimised for mobile. The site and all course content work on any modern smartphone or tablet. No app download is required — just open your browser and go to fluenza.org.

What browsers and devices are supported?+

Fluenza works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on both desktop and mobile. We recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version for the best experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.

The videos are not loading. What should I do?+

If lesson videos are not loading, please try the following:

  • Check your internet connection and refresh the page
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload
  • Try a different browser or device
  • Disable any VPN or ad blockers that may be interfering
  • Switch to a different network (e.g. from WiFi to mobile data)

If the problem continues, contact us at fluenza.org with details of your browser and device.

Can I download course videos to watch offline?+

No. For copyright protection, course videos are streamed online only and cannot be downloaded. You will need an internet connection to access lesson content. Some downloadable study materials may be available within specific lessons where indicated.

My progress is not saving. What should I do?+

Progress is saved automatically when you complete a lesson. If your progress does not appear to be saving, make sure you are logged into your account and have a stable internet connection. Try refreshing your dashboard after completing a lesson. If the issue persists, contact us and we will look into it for you.
